English chess clock made by Enfield and sold by "Chess" Magazine Sutton-Coldfield. The "Chess" magazine logo together with "Sutton-Coldfield" is imprinted on the clock face as well as the name of the maker Enfield. According to Marco Dorland, these clocks were made between 1932 and 1949, as Enfield clocks made later than 1949 were labeled as "Smiths-Enfield"- The clock shows some typical features of Enfield clocks like the buttons on the top marked with the word "Push" and the ticking movements resembling a red spiral.
